Prosecutor Grewal states that this charge is merely an accusation, and that the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Prosecutor Grewal would like to thank the Maywood Police Department and the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office for their assistance in this investigation.
