MAYWOOD POLICE DEPARTMENT

The Maywood Police Department is investigating two commercial burglaries and three attempted commercial burglaries that occurred on September 13, 2016 on West Pleasant Avenue.

 

At approximately 0003 hours on September 13, 2016, an unknown male suspect burglarized the Dance Center and Union Tax Inc. businesses on West Pleasant Avenue. The suspect removed cash and electronics from inside the two businesses. The suspect also attempted to force entry to the rear doors of Kathie’s Gifts, Coronet Variety Store and Mario’s Pizza.

 

The suspect was smoking a cigarette and appears to be a light skinned male, wearing sneakers, shorts, a polo with a stripe and gloves.
